Prerequisites

  • To be able to connect to the application: you need a free Sendgrid account.
  • To be able to moderate users: you need a free Sendgrid account.

Connection steps

  1. Access the Atlassian administration tab (Settings > API keys): https://app.sendgrid.com/settings/api_keys
  2. Click on Create API Key.
  3. In the dialog box that appears, enter a memorable name for your key and give it full authorization rights.
  4. Copy the key to the clipboard (be careful: for security reasons, this key will only be visible once).
  5. In the MIA dialog box, enter the previously generated key.
  6. Click on Connection to link the app.
